REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER CAMP 2008

How to Register Online
Online registration for summer camp is available.  You have the option of paying by credit card or by electronic check.  All personal and credit card information is kept secure and confidential.  Please browse through the program descriptions before you start online registration (so you will know which camp programs you would like to register for).  Clicking the link below will open a secure window to begin the registration process.  During online registration, you also have the option of paying for Camp Store items.  These items will be given to your camper during check-in on their first day of camp.  In the Camp Store, you can also pay for bus transportation from Summerville and Orangeburg.  During registration, you will create an online account.  This account can be used to access your camper's status and make necessary changes to your registration information.  You will be asked to provide an email address.  All confirmation materials and balance information will be sent to this email address. An $80.00 deposit (applied towards the total camp fee) is required for each registration. Refunds of the total paid, less a $40.00 processing fee per camp, will be made if the cancellation is received at least two weeks before the session begins.  Fees can also be transferred to another camp session.  The balance of the camp fee and the completed health form are due by May 15th.  Those who register after this date are to send the total fee for the camp.  Click here for more information about the process after you register.  Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis without regard to race, color, national origin or religion.  Sorry, we are unable to register by phone, fax or e-mail.

How to Register by Mail
If you would prefer to register by mail, complete the registration form and send it to Bethelwoods (922 West Mt. After you Register
Upon receiving your registration and $80.00 deposit, we will send confirmation materials including a “to bring” list, a map of how to get to Bethelwoods, and a health form (by email or standard mail).  Please complete the health form (with parent/guardian signature) and send it back to us by May 15th (you could send it with your check for the camp fee balance).  If you register after May 15th, please return the health form as soon as possible.  This form helps us to know more about your child, so that we might better prepare for their visit. 

If you would like to register for more than one session, please use a separate form for each program (just print out additional copies of the registration form).  See you at camp this summer!
