Facility Lodging

Bethelwoods can accommodate a total of 118 people in overnight lodging. All of the cabins listed below have electricity and two bathrooms. There is no charge for children three years of age and under. Pillows, blankets or linens are available for an additional charge (see linen charge).

Providence Cabin

 

New for 2009! This is a large cabin which sleeps 20 people in either two large bedrooms of 10 people with twin baths or four smaller bedrooms sleeping 5 each with private baths. It also has a large meeting space that can accommodate groups up to 30, a small kitchenette and washer/dryer and small front porch. This cabin is handicapped accessible. The group will be charged a minimum of 10 adults for the use of this cabin. Use of an additional meeting space is not included in the price below, but they are available at a discounted rate to overnight groups who use this cabin.

The rate is $28.00 per person for the first night ($20.00 for each additional night).

Retreat Cabins

 

These four cabins each offer heated/air conditioned comfort for up to 16 people. These handicapped-accessible buildings have a meeting room (that can accommodate groups up to 20) and a small front porch. The sleeping facilities are two rooms that each have eight beds (four bunkbeds) and a bathroom. The group will be charged for a minimum of eight adults for each retreat cabin reserved. Use of an additional meeting room is not included in the price below, but they are available at a discounted rate to overnight groups who use the retreat cabins.

The rate is $25.00 per person for the first night ($15.50 for each additional night).

 

Cabins 

 

These four cabins each can accommodate up to 10 people. They feature heating and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans for your comfort. Cabins 5 and 8 have a locking door creating two semi-private sides, and 6 and 7 can be split using a folding partition.  Each side has five single beds, two shelving units for hanging up and storing clothes, and a connecting bath. The group will be charged for a minimum of six adults for each cabin reserved. Use of an additional meeting room is not included in the price below, but they are available at a discounted rate to overnight groups who use the cabins.

The rate is $18.50 per person for the first night ($10.25 for each additional night).

 

Covered Wagons

 

The four covered wagons in our apple orchard each accommodate four people. The wooden platform beds have mattresses for your comfort. There is a nearby bath house and a picnic shelter for group use. Any group that reserves the wagons will be charged for a minimum of eight persons.

Tents

We have a tent camping area with a nearby bath house and picnic shelter for group use. Any group that reserves the tent camping area will be charged for a minimum of ten persons.
