Meeting Places

Bethelwoods has meeting facilities for groups up to 250. The rental of all of these buildings (with the exception of the Picnic Shelter) includes complimentary coffee/hot tea service.

Horton Lodge

 

This building has a stone fireplace and beautiful timber-frame construction. It has a large meeting space that can accommodate 250 people in chairs or 162 people in chairs around 18 round tables. Horton Lodge also has a kitchen, two bathrooms, two break-out meeting rooms (that hold 25 and 48 people in chairs), and a wrap-around porch (with rocking chairs). A playground is located nearby. Overnight groups who rent four or more cabins receive a $100 discount off the daily rental rate below.

Lake Lodge (formerly Main Lodge)

This building has a fireplace and overlooks the lake. Lake Lodge, which includes the Lake Lodge Meeting Room, seats up to 200 people and has two porches (one is open and one is covered and screened), and two restrooms. A volleyball net, horseshoe pits, the canoe dock, the outdoor chapel, and a playground are all located nearby. Overnight groups who rent three or more cabins receive a $100 discount off the daily rental rate below.

Hopkins Lodge

This building has a fireplace and overlooks the lake. Hopkins Lodge seats 100 people in chairs or 72 people in chairs around eight round tables. The lodge has a kitchen, two restrooms, and a covered porch (with rocking chairs). Overnight groups who rent three or more cabins receive a $100 discount off the daily rental rate below.

Lake Lodge Meeting Room

These meeting rooms are part of Lake Lodge, which has a fireplace and overlooks the lake. The large room seats 80 people; the small meeting room is carpeted and seats 25. Both have access to two porches (one is open and one is covered and screened), two restrooms, a refrigerator, and an ice machine. A volleyball net, horseshoe pits, the canoe dock, the outdoor chapel, and a playground are all located nearby. Picnic Shelter

 

This shelter has a grill, fireplace, sink, water fountain, two handicap-accessible restrooms, and picnic tables to accommodate 100 people. A softball field, a volleyball net, horseshoe pits and a playground are all located nearby.

Program Shelter

For use with tents or covered wagons, this recently renovated building provides a large covered space next to the bathrooms that can be used for meeting in difficult weather or as a place to gather at night.
